Cebaje Terms & Conditions — Know the rules before you play

01 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Cebaje ("we", "the Platform") and its users ("you", "the Player"). By accessing or using Cebaje's website, mobile site, or any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Key terms used throughout these conditions are defined below:

02 Eligibility & Registration

Identity Verification (KYC)

Cebaje reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time for security purposes. You may be asked to provide a photo of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.

Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Security

Cebaje is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account, but we will do our best to help resolve any such issues promptly.

04 Deposits & Payments

Depositing on Cebaje is easy via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following limits in mind:

Important Deposit Terms

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and such transactions may be reversed.
• If funds don't appear after a deposit, please contact support with your payment reference number.

05 Withdrawal Policy

Cebaje is committed to processing withdrawals quickly. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonuses.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected or put on hold for any of the following reasons:

• KYC verification is incomplete.
• If the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Unusual or suspicious activity detected on the account.
• Evidence of multiple account usage is found.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Cebaje:

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Cebaje reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Bets are generally refunded if a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled.
• Cebaje is not liable for network delays during live betting.

Odds Change

The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any change in odds after a bet is placed will not affect that bet. Note that in live betting, odds may change before your bet is confirmed.

Betting & Payouts

Winnings are automatically credited to your account balance. Large payouts may require additional time for verification.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Cebaje offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly outlined on the promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days.
• The maximum bet placed using a bonus is capped at 10% of the bonus value or ৳500, whichever is lower.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify, and the bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Full bonus details are available on the Promotions page.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Cebaje:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using or accessing another person's account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or breach the security of the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other players.
• Attempting to manipulate or cheat Cebaje's system.

Any involvement in the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Account Closure by Cebaje

Cebaje may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or if false information is found.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• To comply with legal requirements or regulatory directives.

Self-Closure

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so, then contact support to submit your account closure request.

10 Limitation of Liability

Cebaje is not responsible for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party payment services.
• Loss or theft of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cebaje is committed to maintaining the highest standards of technical security and stability. However, as with any online platform, unexpected technical issues may occasionally occur.

11 Responsible Gaming

Cebaje believes entertainment is only truly enjoyable when it's in control. That's why responsible gaming is at the heart of everything we do.

Self-Exclusion Tools

• Daily/Weekly Budget Limit: Set your own spending limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 7 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for anywhere between 30 days and 1 year.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure.

12 Changes to Terms

• Continued use of Cebaje after any changes have been made will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
• For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given before they take effect.
• You have the right to close your account if you do not agree to the new terms.
